1. Which browser are you using?
Lifetrack is fully supported on Google Chrome. Chrome-based browsers (Edge, Brave, Opera) should work but are not guaranteed. Non-Chrome browsers are not recommended.
2. Do you have browser extensions or add-ons installed?
Some extensions (ad blockers, VPN extensions, script blockers) can interfere with web applications. We cannot detect these automatically.
3. How many browser tabs do you currently have open?
Too many open tabs consume RAM and can slow down your browser and system overall.
4. Who is affected by this slowness?
5. What type of internet connection are you using?
Shared or public WiFi may be slower due to multiple users sharing the same connection.
6. Are you using a VPN or special network access?
Examples: Cisco AnyConnect, Fortinet, GlobalProtect, Pulse Secure, or accessing hospital systems remotely.
7. What part of Lifetrack is slow? (select all that apply)
⚡ Before contacting support — please try these first:
Switch to Google Chrome if you are not already using it
Disable browser extensions temporarily (especially ad blockers or VPN extensions) and retry
Close unnecessary browser tabs to free up memory
Disable your VPN (if safe to do so) and retry
Switch to a wired (LAN) connection if possible
Hard-refresh the page: Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows)  /  Cmd + Shift + R (Mac)
Restart your browser completely and try again
